OPTION TO PURCHASE
J. L. LOVITZ STORES, INC., a Florida corporation,
the WOptionor", in consideration of the SUII of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2,000.00) and other good and valuable consIdera-
tions received from CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal

the Optionee Upon the consu..ation of this agreement. If
except as herein otherwise provided. The Optionee shal I have
fifteen (15) days after the del ivery of sa i d abstract for the
eXilmination thereof, and within said period, shall notify the
Optionor In writing of any objections to said title. If this
notification is not given within the time stated, then said
title shall be conclusively dee.ed to be acceptable to the
Optionee. In the event that the title of the Optionor is not
good and aarketable, the Optionor shal I have a reasonable time
thereafter to perfect the title and wil I, in good faith, exer-
cise due diligence to do so; and if the defects are not cured
~ithin a reasonable time, then the Optio.nee May demand a return
of a.l I SUMS paid1ind... this Option, including the considera-
tion paid for this Option, or waive the defects and accept the
property without de~ctlon on e.ccount of said defects.
(3) In the event that this Option is exerclsed, this sale
shal I be closed nQt later than sixty (60) days froM the date of
the exercise of this Option.
(4) At the time of closing, the purchase price shal I be
paid as follows:

By credit of Nine Thousand Five Hundred
Dol lars($9,500.00) previously paid.
By the aaSUlIPtion by Optionee of existing

(5) At thethlle of closing, Optionor shall execute and
del iver to Optionee a good and sufficient Warranty Deed, con-
