KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT under and by virtue of authority in me vested as
Special Master under the terms and provisions of that certain
Final Decree made and entered by the Honorable Jack F. White,
Judge of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, of
and for Pinellas County, State of Florida, on the 16th day of
February, 1961 in that Chancery Cause No. 53,324 lately pending
in said Circuit Court of Pinel1as County, Florida, wherein Ernes-
tine Rembert was Plaintiff, and Quinton T. Rembert, et al, were
Defendants, I, the undersigned, JOSEPH S. CLARK, as Special Master
for and in consideration of the payment of the sum of Eleven
Hundred Sixty ($1160.00) Dollars to me paid, the receipt whereof

unto the City of Clearwater, a Municipal Corporation, organized
