Grantee, to the extent permitted by Florida Statute 768.28, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grantor from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, judgments, injuries, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, resulting from or related to Grantee's or Grantee's employees, agents, contractors and/or invitees use and occupation of the easement premises.
