BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as the "School Board," and the

ailable at the trines requested, and such use shall not interfere with or hripair regular school transportation, The
School BoarWs'Transportation Department shall be the firtal authority as to t1he availability of buses.
4. (A) User shall pay to the School Board, fior the use of said sc[hool bus service ttiat begins weekdays before 4:015

and/or cancellation fees rnay apply, All fees are, available by either contacting the School Board's 'Fransportation
Departrrient or visitin-o their welbsite.
(B) If reClUests,extend to service that begins weekdays after 4:00 week-ends and any non-school day,
User ,hall pay a SLIM per bus of the current rate per hour to Include 30 minutes before and 30 rninutes iafter
the use. JAUS 1,17-le surcharge- rate per mile, Tfiere shall be as i-nininium.i cha-r,,e of four hours. User shah pat'°
the current rate of$26,50 per hour plus the current surcharge rate of$1=25 per mile per bus for the contract period.
In addition, mir-firnum fees and/or cancellation fees rriay apply, All fees are avallable by either contacting the
School Board's Transportation Department or visiting their
(C) "Weekend" is defined as a SatUrclay5 and Sundays, "Weekend" shall also include Fridays during the time that
the School Board is on its surnmer calendar schedule. "Weekday" is defined as all days not meeting the definition
of"WPPl<Pnd"- "`l' on- day" is definL-d as a weekday when students are not scheduled to attend classes.

prior to the time of any transportation under this Agreement, showing the School Board of-Pinellas County, Florida
