On June 7, 2007 the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application for Flexible Standard Development approval to allow an indoor recreation/entertainment facility (Health Club) use in the Downtown (D) District under the provisions of Section 2- 902.E. The DRC recommended approval of the application with the following bases and conditions: Bases for Approval: 1. The proposal complies with the Indoor Recreation/Entertainment Facility criteria under the provisions of Section 2- 902.E; 2. The plan complies with General Applicability Criteria under the provisions of Section 3 -913; and 3. The proposed development is compatible with the surrounding area. Conditions for Approval: 1. That any signage is reviewed by the Planning Department prior to installation; and 2. That all occupational licenses are applied for and issued for this use.
