On July 5, 2007 the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application for Flexible Standard Development approval to permit a sunroom at an existing single - family residence in the Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR) district with a reduction to the required rear setback from 10 feet to 7 feet under the provisions of Section 2- 203.B.2.
