Legal Description
Being a parcel of land in Sand Key, all within Sections 17 and 20, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:

For a point of reference commence at the section corner common to Sections 17,
18, 19 and 20 of said Township and Range; thence run N 89010'31" E. along the
Section Line dividing said Sections 17 and 20, a distance of 843.47 feet to an
intersection with the centerline of Gulf Boulevard (State Road No. 208) as now
established as a 100 foot right-of-way; thence run S 42013'31" W, along said
centerline a distance of 263.93 feet to a point; thence run N 4r46'29" W, a
distance of 50.00 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of said Gulf Boulevard and
the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run N 4r46'29" W, 849.21 feet, more or less
to the mean hiQh water line (Elevation 1,29 N.G.V,D.) of the Gulf of Mexico, said
