estate description set forth opposite their names, lying and being in

WHEREAS, said Owners desire to place certain restrictions upon
said property, which shall be covenants running with the land, for the
protection of themselves, persons and corporations purchasing said
property from them or their heirs, executors or assigns, and the City
of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation~
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in con-
sideration of the foregoing premises and other good and valuable consi-
deration between the parties, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned, Joseph K. Turner, Sr. and Laura W. Turner, his wife~ Joseph
K. Turner, Jr. and Joan W. Turner, his wife~ James L. Turner and Sandra
J. Turner, his wife~ George Tucker and Deretha Tucker, his wife: Arthur
Barlow and Audrey B. Barlow, his wife~ and Robert A. McMichael and Helen
M. McMichael, his wife, as owners of the respective real estate descrip-
tions set forth above, do hereby adopt and promulgate the restrictive
covenants hereinafter set forth:
1. These restrictions and limitations are to be regarded as
covenants running with the land regardless of whether they are specifi-
cally mentioned in any deeds or conveyances subsequently executed.
2. The above described property is zoned CG, General Business
District, as set forth in Sections 23.01 through 23.07, of Article XXIII,
of Appendix A, zoning of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater,
but of the allowed permitted uses as set forth in said Section 23.02, the
following shall be deleted and shall not be permitted:

7. These covenants and restrictions shall be binding on all
parties and all persons claiming under them, and no exception, variation
or termination of these restrictions shall be authorized or effective
without the prior written consent of the City of Clearwater.
8. The future use and development of the subject property shall
be required to comply with all amendments and changes enacted to the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Clearwater by the City commission.
