8290-11�RDINANCE NO. 8290-11 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY L�CATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PARKWOOD STREET AND APPROXIMATELY 137 FEET EAST OF BETTY LANE, CONSISTING OF LOT 12, BLOCK A, PINE RIDGE, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT �F WAY OF PARKWOOD STREET, WH�SE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 131 Q PARKWOOD STREET, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW (RL); PRQVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan �lement of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is faund to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is cansistent with the City's compr�hensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City af Clearwater is amend�d by designating the land use category for #he h�reinafter described property, upan ann�xation into the Ciiy of Clearwater, as follows: Pro e Lot 12, Block "A", Pine Ridge according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 98, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the abutting right-of-way of Parkwood Street (ANX2011-Q$pp4) Land Use Catepory Residential Low (RL) The map or maps attached as Exhibit A is hereby incarporated by reference. Section 2. The City Council does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Sectian 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upan adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of �rdinance No. 8289-11.
