AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
MODIFYING PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 33, WATERWAYS AND
VESSELS, CLEARWATER CODE OF �RDINANCES, REGULATING
VESSEL OPERATION WITHIN THE CLEARWATER HARBOR MARINA
BOAT SLIPS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL �F THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Chapter 33, Waterways and Vessels, Sectian 33.058 be amended by
creating a new subsection (13) to read:

(13) Idle s eed--No wake zone Clearwater Harbar Marina basin. All waters af the
Clearwater Harbor Marina basin I in within the followin described line are desi nated as an
idle s eed--no wake zane: From the oint of the farthest southwestern aint of dock A latitude
27 e rees 57.88 minutes nvrth lon itude 82 de rees 48.38 minutes west east to the
narthernmost oint of the seawall at Pierce 100 and continuin alan that seawall to the shore
then north alon the shareline to the fishin ier behind the dock master office at 210 Drew
Street then wes# to the farthest western aint at the end of the fishin ier latitude 27 de rees
58.09 minutes north lon itude 82 de rees 48.27 minutes west then south alon the outside
wave attenuators of the northern and southern docks ad'acent to the Intracaastal Waterwa
channel under the Memorial Causewav Bridc�e back to Qoint of origin.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
