AGREEMENT made this � day �f 2011, between the C�TY
OF CLEARWATER, a Flarida municipal corparation ("Contractor") and the PINELLAS
COLTNTY FIRE PR�TECTION AUTHORITY, a special district of Pinellas County
Government established by Chapter 73-600, Laws of Florida ("Authority").

Contractor currently contracts with Authority to provide fire protection and
suppression services to the Clearwater Dependent Fire District which has been
established as a dependent district under the Authority.
The current agre�ment between the Contractor and the Authority is dated
October 12, 2010 and is set to expire September 30, 2011.
Contractor and Authoriiy wish to extend the term af the contract until
September 30, 2012.
Contractox and Authority agree that upon approval of this extension, all terms
af the original agreement will remain in force and effect as if the original term
of the contract extended to September 30, 2012.
IN WITNESS WEREOF, the parties hereto, by and tlirough their undersigned
autharized officers have caused this Extension to be executed on this �_ day
