8277-11ORDINANCE NO. $277-11 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY �F CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD APPROXIMATELY 1,615 FEET NORTH O� UNION STREET, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF THE EAST 460 FEET OF THE N�RTHWEST '/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST °/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 2$ SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LYING NORTH OF THOSE LANDS PLATTED AS THE CREST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGES 72 AND 73, LYING EAST OF THOSE LANDS PLATTED AS RENAISSANCE OAKS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 3 THROUGH 7, AND LESS AND EXCEPT THOSE LANDS CONVEYED TO PINELLAS COUNTY IN ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 7917, PAGE 1$01, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDR�SS IS 3054 LEANNE COURT, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS RESIDENTIAL SUBURBAN (RS); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ardinance is found to be reasonable, proper and apprapriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element af the camprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property, upon annexation inta the City of Clearwater, as follows: A parcel of land being a portion of the East 460.00 feet af the Northwest'/4 of the Sauthwest'/s of 5ection 33, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, lying North of those lands platted as THE CREST, as recorded in Plat Boak 95, Pages 72 and 73, lying East af thase lands platted as RENAISSANCE OAKS, as recarded in Plat Baak 133, Pages 3 through 7, and less and except those lands conveyed ta Pinellas County in Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Boak 7917, page 1801, all being of the Public Recards af Pinellas County, Flarida and further described as follows: C�MMENCE at the West °/4 comer of Section 33, Tawnship 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence S.00°24'41"E., along the West line af the Narthwest'/4 of the Southwest'/4 of said Section 33 (being the basis of bearings for this description), and along the West boundary line of RENAISSANCE OAKS, as recarded in Plat Book 133, Pages 3 through 7, of the Public Recards of Pinellas Caunty, Florida, respectively, for 994.36 feet to the Southwest camer af said RENAISSANCE OAKS, same being the Northwest corner of THE CREST, as recorded in Plat Baok 95, Pages 72 and 73 of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida; thence leaving said West line of the Northwest %4 of the Southwest'/< af Sectian 33, N.$9°49'22"E., along the South boundary line of said R�NAISSANCE OAKS, same being the North boundary line of said THE CREST, for 875.12 feet for the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said Narth boundary line of THE CREST, N.00°18'02°W., along the East boundary line of said RENAISSANCE OAKS, for 295.49 feet; thence leaving said East boundary line of RENAISSANCE OAKS, Ordinance No.8277-11 N.89°44'S5"E., for 2p5.08 feet; thence S.QO°15'05"E., far 124.47 feet; thence N.89°4�'55"E., for 155.00 feet to the Westerly Right of Way line of McMullen Boath Road (by Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Baok 7917, Page 1$Q1 of the Public Records of Pinellas Caunty, Florida); thence S.00°18'02"E., alang said Westerly Right of Way line af McMullen Booth Raad, for 171.48 feet to the aforementioned North boundary line of THE CREST; thence S.$9°49'22"W., along said North boundary line of THE CREST, for 359.97 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Cantaining 87,164 square feet or 2.0010 acres, more or less.
