The property was never sold. Mr. Kenneth Penny has a mortgage with City for rehabilitation work to his apartments
located 1040-1046 Fort Harrison. The current balance is$53,020.07. Thanks!!

TERMINATiON OF LAND USE RESTRICTION AGREEMENT
On January 19, 2007, a Land Use Restrictian Agreement was
entered in�o between KENNETH E. PENNY, JR., and LEE GOSCIN-PENNY,
husband and wife, whose address is 4598 Clearwater-Harbar Drive
South, Largo, Florida 33770, as ��Borrower(s)", and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, whose address is 112 South Osceala Avenue,
Clearwater, Florida 33756, as "City".
WHEREAS, the foregning Land Use Restriction Agreement was
attached to and made a part of that certain Rehabilitation Mortgage
given by KENNETH E. PENNY, JR., and LEE GOSCIN-PENNY, husband and
wife, as ��Mortgagor(s)", to the CITY pF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, as
"Mortgagee", on January 19, 2007, which Mortgage was recorded as
Clerk's Instrument Number 2pp7p29864 in Official Record Book 15604,
at Page 168, of the Public R�cords of Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, KENNETH E. P�NNY, JR., and LEE GOSCIN--PENNY, husband
and wife, have now sold the martgag�d premises and are satisfying
the mortgage in full; and
NQW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the payment and
satisfaction of �he a�oresaid Rehabilitation Mortgage according to
its terms, the partiES to this agreement, pursuant �o paragraphs 4
and 9 of the aforesaid Land Use Restriction Agreement, do hereby
agree to terminate, and d� her�by terminate, said Land Use
Res�riction Agreement, which sha11 hereafter have no force or
effect whatsoever.
