THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, Made this al)tJJ- day of ~ 200~, by CITY OF
CLEARWATER , a Municipal Corporation, grantor, to th STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, 11201 N McKinley, Tampa FL 33612, grantee: (wherever used herein the terms
"grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of organizations.)
WITNESSETH: That the said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and
other valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency being hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quitclaim unto the said grantee forever, all right, title, interest,
claim and demand, which said grantor has in and to the hereinafter described parcel of land
arising out of that certain EASEMENT, between 590 CORPORATION and CITY OF CLEARWATER ,
dated 12/2~/72, recorded in Official Records Book 3977, Page 913, and that certain
EASEMENT , between 590 CORPORATION and CITY OF CLEARWATER, dated 12/29/72, recorded in
Official Records Book 3978, Page -IQ.L, all in the Public Records of PINELLAS County,
Florida, together with all other right, title, interest, claim and demand, if any, which the
said grantor has in and to said parcel situate in the County of PINELLAS, Florida, viz:
That part of Coachman Creek - A Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Book 36, Page 88,
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, described as
follows:
Commence at an iron rod marking the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 8,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence N 89040'53" W, 834.911
meters (2739.21 feet), along the North line of said Northwest 1/4, to the Northwest corner of

certain instrument titled Subordination of Utility Interests given in favor of the FDOT as
