AGREEMENT made this � day of 2011, betvcreen the CITY
OF CLEAAWATER, a Florida municipal corporation ("Contractor") and the PINELLAS
COi1NTY FIRE PROTECTION AUTHnRITY, a special district of Pinellas County
Government established by Chapter 73-600, Laws of Florida ("Authority").
1. Contractor currently contracts with Authority to provide fire protection and
suppressian services to the Clearwater Dependent Fire District which has been
established as a dependent district under the Autharity.
2. The current agreement between the Contra.ctor and the Autharity is dated
Octaber 12, 2010 and is set to expire September 30, 2011.
3. Contractor and Authority wish to extend the term of the contract until
September 30, 2012.
4. Cantractor and Authority agree that upon approval of this extensian, all terms
of the original agreement will remain in force and efFect as if the ariginal term
of the contract extended to September 30, 2012.
