OF WAY FOR NURSERY ROAD, WHOSE POST OFFICE
ADDRESS IS 2419 NURSERY ROAD, UP�N ANNEXATION
INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS INSTITUTIONAL (I);
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment af a zoning district classification as set forth in this
ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and apprapriate, and is consistent with the
City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is
hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zaning
atlas of the City is amended, as follaws:

The East Eighty-five (85) feet of the West
Three Hundred (300) feet of the Northw�st
Quarter (NW %4) of the Southwest quarter
(SW'/a) of the Southeast quarter (SE %4) of

Sectian 3. This ordinance shall take efFect immediately upon adoption, subject to
the approval af the land use designation set forth in Ordinance 8252-11 by the Pinellas
County Board of County Commissioners, and subject to a determination by the State of
Florida, as appropriate, of campliance with the applicable requirements of the Local
Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, pursuant
to §163.3189, Florida Statutes.
