to the caption property from GULF OIL
CORPORATION to RAYMOND CLONINGER and wife,
MARY CLONINGER AND recorded in OR-498, PAGE
409 of the Public Records of PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA contains the following:
The grantee covenants and agrees that as a
part of the consideration for this conveyance
the land hereby conveyed shall not be used for
the sale of petroleum products for a period of
fifteen (15) years from this date, and this
covenant shall run with the land.
(2) ENTRY NUMBER TWELVE (12)of ABSTRACT NUMBER
17298, prepared by GUARANTY TITLE AND TRUST
COMPANY, sets forth a deed, recorded in
DEED BOOK K-2, PAGE 564 of the Public Records
of HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA., from DAVID

which might be disclosed by an accurate survey
of the premises.
(4) PARTIES IN POSSESSION: Exception is taken to the
rights of,any persons in possession if other than
the above named owner.
(5) ZONING ORDINANCES: This property is located within
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, and is subject to said City's applicable
zoning orginances.
(6) REAL PROPERTY TAXES for the calendar year 1963.
(7) MECHANIC'S LIENS: In the State of Florida, laborers
and materialmen are given lien rights against
property for performance of labor or furnishing
materials and these lien rights may be asserted
for a period of three (3) months after the com-
pletion of the work, even though no instrument
has been fi~ed of record. For this reason,
inquiries should be made to ascertain if any work
or labor has been performed or materials furnished
for the construction of improvements upon the above
described real property within the past three (3)
months and an Affidavit should be obtained from
the record owners stating that there are no unpaid
obligations in connection with any labor or materials
furnished to said premises.
(8) EASEMENT: Subject to restrictions and easements
of record.

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 13th day of December, 1963,
between RAYMOND CLONIl\fGER and MARY E. CLONIl\fGER, his wife, hereinafter
referred to as "Owner" and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, COUNTY OF PINELLAS,
STATE OF FLORIDA" hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter described as
right of way for construction and maintenance of an authorized city, county or
state street or highway and said Purchaser is required to furnish same for such
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar, receipt of which is
acknowledged, and other good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows:
(a) The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient warranty
deed, free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwise indicated,
unto the City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, the following described
land in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:

or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 1, page 52 of the public
