Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the. sum of One ($1. 00) Dollars,
in hand paid by the said part y of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledted, hath remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
doth remise, release and quitclaim unto the said part y of the second part, and
its h8irs and assitns forever, all the ritht, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said party of the first part hath in and to the followint
described lot ,piece or parcel of land, situate lyint and beint in the County of
Pinellas State of Florida, to wit:
From the South Quarter corner of Section 3, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, also being the Southwest corner of Stevenson's
Creek Subdivi~ion, as recorded in Plat Book 21, gage 83, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida; run North 0 53' 53" West
along Quarter Section line, also being the West line of said Sub-
division, a distance of 542,02 feet to a Point of Beginning, said
point also being the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of aforesaid Sub-
division; thence North 57006156" East for a distance of 38,91 feet
along the South lot line of Lot 2; thence North 0053'53" West for
a distance of 65,87 feet to North lot line of Lot 2; thence South

57 06'56" West along the North line of Lot 2, for a distance of 38.91
feet to quarter section line; also being the West line of aforesaid
Lot 2; thence South 0053' 53" East along the West line of Lot 2 for
a distance of 65,87 feet to Point of Beginning.
