So; �� ,� ��cma$o � �� �� 07�C�C7m ���c� ,z �j '�� A � v � � O�ODO� z� ��� �j�°ac N,� � V � � O � �a o��� w a � WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.Q44, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements ofi Florida law in connection with this ardinance; now, therefare, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI7Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Sectian 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: North 45 feet of South 510 feet af East 120 Feet of West 980 af Southwest'/4 af Northeast'/4 less 30 Feet Road on East, and as further described in O.R. Book 10745, Page 2633, Official Records af Pinellas County, Florida., together with abutting Right of Way. (ANX2011-p4002) The map ar maps attached as Exhibit(s) are hereby incorporated by reference. Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are f�und and determined to be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan_ The City Council hereby accepts the dedicatian of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public, which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Cleric and the Planning Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the afficial maps and records of the City. Section 3. This ordinance shall #ake effect immediately upon adoption. Th� City Clerk shall fle certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after adoption.
