The said Lot 5 of Island #4, containing 35 acres having been patented to the State of Florida as swamp and overflowed lands and are sold as provided in Section 1055 of the Revised General Sta~utes. TRACT "F" - Beginning at the aforesaid Northwest corner of Tract "D" as conveyed in Deed No. 17001, same being the Southwest corner of Tract "C"~ thence South 100 28' 13" East 603.99 feet, South 240 30' 34" East 432.07 feet, South 300 18' 19" East 232.15 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the West line of Tract "D" as conveyed in Deed No. 17001; thence North 180 52' 54" West 1255.03 feet, more or less, on and along the West line of Tract "D" to the Point of Beginning~ containing 1.39 acres, more or less. This instrument is executed and delivered for the pur- pose of correcting the descriptions of the corresponding tracts of land as contained in that certain Deed No. 17450, dated I January 12, 1926, as corrected by that certain Deed No. l7450-A, dated March 26, 1953, and that certain Deed No. 17001, dated August 11, 1921, said Deeds having been made and delivered to the predecessors in title of the Grantee herein. The purpose of the correction being made is to tie the said descriptions to legally established section corners. The descriptions of Tracts G, El, E2, E3 and E, as contained in the said Deed No. 17450 and ~n Deed No. 17450-A, are omitted from this Corrective Deed because those lands have been filled and are included within the descriptions of p~ats filed for record in the Public Records of pinellas countY'1 Flor~da, and therefore, those descriptions are now definitely ascertainable. SAVING AND RESERVING unto the said Trustees of the I Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, and their successors, title to an undivided three-fourths of all phosphate, minerals and metals, and title to an undivided one-half of all petroleum that may be in, on or under the above described land, with the privilege to mine and develop the same.
