AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

This Amendment is made and entered in to on this rJ 7 day of
/~ 2000, by and between the City of Clearwater, Florida (City) and
Post, uckley, Schuh & Jerigan, Inc. (Engineer).
WHEREAS, City entered into an Agreement for Professional Services on
May 10, 1995, with Engineer for professional services which expires May 9, 2000;
and
WHEREAS, City and Engineer desire to amend said Agreement to extend
the term of the Agreement to August 25, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the mutual
benefits which will accrue to the parties hereto in carrying out the terms of this
Agreement, it is mutually understood and agreed as follows:
1. City and Engineer agree to amend the term of that Agreement for
Professional Services to terminate on August 25, 2003.
2. All other terms and conditions of the above-referenced agreement
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this
Agreement on the date and year first above written.
