SECOND AMENDMENT
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT made and entered into the ~ (p ~ day of
t"~ , 1991. by and between the PINELLAS SUNCOAST TRANSIT AUTHORITY,
a PUbliC) agency of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "PSTA" and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, a Florida municipality, hereinafter referred to as the "City" hereby amends
that Agreement made and entered into on January 13, 1987 between PSTA and the City, as
amended by Amendment No.1 entered into between the City and PSTA on June 14, 1990
(hereafter, collectively referred to as "the Agreement").
WHEREAS, the City and PST A desire to terminate the Agreement effective December
31, 1993, or upon the commencement of the operation of service by Jolley Trolley
Transportation Corp. of Clearwater, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and conditions set forth herein,
the parties agree that:
1. The Agreement shall be terminated effective with the last bus route operated on
December 31, 1993 or upon the commencement of operation of the service described in the
Agreement by Jolley Trolley Transportation Corp. of Clearwater, Inc., whichever occurs first.
The parties recognize that the termination of the Agreement is voluntary and the parties waive
the provisions of paragraphs 12 and 13 of the Agreement. ~
