AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT
TIllS AMENDMENT pr~vides for PINELLAS HABITAT FOR HUMANITY. INC., hereinafter referred to as
the "Agency" to receive EIGHTTIIOUSAND DOLLARS ($8.000.) in Community Development Block Grant funds from
Fiscal Year 1992-93 roll overs which the Agency was awarded by the City of Clearwater but did not use from Fiscal Year
1992-93 funds. .
IT IS HEREBY AGREED that the Agency may use these Fiscal Year 1992-93 CDBG funds during the 1993-94
Fiscal Year, which covers a p~riod frOm October 1, 1993 through September 30, 1994. The Agency agreed to use the
funds in manner identified in the Scope of Services Section of the City of Clearwater -PINELLAS HABITAT FOR
HUMANITY. INC. Fiscal Year 1993-94 Agreement.
THE AGENCY AGREES that it will disburse these funds under the terms and conditions of the Fiscal Year
1993-94 City of Clearwater - PINELLAS HABITAT FOR HUMANITY. INC. Agreement.
