Per your letter dated April 18, 1991 regarding payment of $34,837.57 to
Pinellas County for fingerprint services pursuant to the above referenced
agreement, I have been informed by our Finance Department that check no. 78683
was issued on April 17, 1991.
If you still have not received said check upon receipt of this letter,
please call the Finance Department at 462-6930.

RE: Agreement for Fingerprint Identification Services Between
the City of Clearwater and the Pinellas County Sheriff's
Office
Dear Ms. Goudeau:
On January 25, 1991, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office
entered into an agreement with the City of Clearwater whereby
this office agreed to perform certain fingerprint identifica-
tion services for the City of Clearwater Police Department.
Pursuant to the terms of that contract, the City agreed to
pay the Sheriff the sum of Thirty-four Thousand Eight Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars and Fifty-seven Cents ($34,837.57), pay-
able wi thin fifteen (15) days of the signing of that agree-
ment. I am advised by our Fiscal Office that we have no
record of having received those monies from the City.
We would very much appreciate your looking into this mat-
ter as it is possible that the check was misdirected and for
that reason not received by us.
Thank you for your assistance and cooperation in this
regard. If you have any questions or if we can be of further
assistance to you in this matter, please do not hesitate to
contact me.
