Dear Mr. Rubright:
On Thursday, February 21, 1985, my office was advised by
Jay Rhodes of Rhodes & Wice Funeral Home that you had placed
the urn of Frances Rubright in the Clearwater Cemetery on Monday,
February 18, 1985.
The superintendent of the cemetery is responsible for the
management, operation, maintenance and general supervision of
the cemetery. He asked me to inform you that the urn was placed
in violation of Sections 29.02 and 29.04 of the City Code of
Ordinances. The code requires a $15.00 staking fee which is due
the City of Clearwater. Please forward your check so that this
matter may be closed.
I was sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one and regret
having,to advise you of the violation. If I can be of further
service feel free to call me.
I
Very truly yours,
