TO: Chief Booth, Police Dept.
FROM: Re G. Whitehead, City Clerk
COPIES:
SUBJECT: Investigate certain persons
DATE: October 12, 1984
Pursuant to a conversation between us a short time ago
relative to the possibility of the policeedepartment
obtaining information as to present address and where
persons are working, if they are, we submit the followings
Promissory note payable to City of Clearwater on July 1,
1984, in the amount of $73.00 signed by Mrs. Imogene
Andrews and her son, George M. Miller.
Two mailings to both of the above by certified mail •
one on July 17th and the other on August 3rde Latest was
delivered at Pe 0* window, Mrse Andrews phoned August 14th
after receipt of last letter promising to pay little at
a time, but have heard nothing further to date.
Mr. Kennedy feels that if we could determine whether they
are living at the address of 1247 Michigan Avee, Dunedin,
or their present address; and where either or both are
working we might be able to proceed collecting without
the expense and trouble of filing suit for what he says
constitutes a cooparatively small amount.
Is there any way to obtain this information through your
department 7 Perhaps Chief Shbets could or would cooperate?
Oct. 13, 1964
2:45 P.M.
Chief Booth called re your memo of October 12th about Mrs. Andrews.
He said he had received information that these people are living
at 1440 Carnation Drive, Dunedin in the north apt. He does not
know if she is working or not. Subject contact said George M.
Miller is working for Pinellas County at County Barn. Fla. Power
