Stan,
We received the Consent to Conveyance form (deed) back from the Courthouse today. It has
been recorded and I will be delivering the paperwork to Ray and Marjorie this afternoon
after work!
Just to confirm for you, Ray and Marjorie Stewart are now the owners of Block 12, Lot 61,
Spaces 3 and 4 (called A & B on previous deed) in the Clearwater Municipal Cemetery
located at 1300 S. Myrtle Avenue in Clearwater.
Daisy Stewart remains the owner of Block 12, Lot 61, Spaces 1 & 2 (called C & D on
previous deed) at same cemetery.
I know this took some time to accomplish, and I appreciate your patience!
Thanks!

Stan,
Because you will be signing for your mother, can you fax me or email me a
copy of the power of attorney? Legal wants to be sure it's the proper type
of POA for the signing of this document. And also, I may have to include
your name on the form and if so, how do you want it to appear? i.e. Stan
Stewart or Stanley Stewart...... Let me know!
My fax number is 727-562-4086 if you need it.

Hello Stan!
Another question for you. I have the document ready, and I can either mail
it to you or send it to you via email. If I send it to you via email, you
would need to print it on Legal size paper. If that's a problem, I can go
ahead and mail the document to you.
You will need to mail it back to me though because we need your original
signatures and notarizations.

Karen,
Yes I have the original deed and also DPA for my mother, so I can sign all
legal docs for her. I can supply you a copy of that if you need it. Yes, Ray
Stewart is my Dad's youngest brother-so he is my uncle. My family is made
up of McClamma and Stewart, both long time families in Clearwater, moving
there in 1924. My Dad was a builder in Clearwater for 50 years and built the
very first house on Island Estates. My Uncle was chief of police in
Clearwater for many years, George McClamma, and my other uncle Bill McClamma
was a major on the force for years before his retirement. My grandfather
Stewart helped to build the Belleview Biltmore Hotel and Grandfather
McClamma was the gounds keeper for the old courthouse for years. We have a
long history there. Most have passed away on both sides and the cousins have
scattered to the ends of the earth. I know you did not ask for this
history... just thought you might like to know. Have a blessed day..

There are different types of POAs, so we will want to get a copy of it and confirm that it allows the son to accept ownership
of real property [basically to buy and sell]. After verifying the authority, my advice is to have the son sign, stating [name,
power of attorney] on the form.

Subject: Question re: Power of Atty
Leslie,
We are working on a transfer of ownership of a cemetery plot. The owner is quite old and has given power of attorney
to her son. On the Conveyance form, I put the owner's name but I'm wondering if the son needs to notate anything on
the form he will be signing for her. How does that work?......
Thanks!
