AMENDMENf TO CONfRACT
TIllS AMENDMENT . provides for PINELLAS COUNTY HEADS TART, hereinafter referred to as the
"Agency" to receive FIVE"THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5.300,) in Community Development Block
Grant funds from Fiscal Year 1992-93 rollovers which the Agency was awarded by the City of Clearwater but did not
use from Fiscal Year 1992-93 funds.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED.that the Agency may use these Fiscal Year 1992-93 CDBG funds during the 1993-94
Fiscal Year, which covers a period from October), 1993 through September 30, 1994. The Agency agreed to use the
funds in manner identified in the Scope ofSefY1ces Section of the City of Clearwater -PINELLAS COUNTY
HEADSTART Fiscal Year 1993-94 Agreement.'
TIlE AGENCY AGREES that it will disburse these "funds under the terms and conditions of the Fiscal Year
1993-94 City of Clearwater - PINELLAS COUNTY HEADSTART Agreement.
