CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CONTRACTORS WHICH PROVIDE FIRST-
RESPONDER SERVICES IN PINELLAS COUNTY
Noting for the record that the Board is now sitting as
the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Authority, County Adminis-
trator Fred E. Marquis recommended that authorization be granted
for issuance of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity
to Contractors which provide first-responder services in
Pinellas County, as listed on Attachment A to his memorandum of
October 9, 1990, as follows:
