FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Amendment made and entered into this ~ day of -Seetl:.llILt::.L , 1999,
between the City of Clearwater, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation ("City"), and Phil
Graham & Company, P.A., a Florida corporation ("Consultant").
WHEREAS, Consultant and City entered into a Consulting Services Agreement on
September 22, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Consultant and City agree to amend said agreement by adding
additional duties.
NOW, THEREFORE, for the mutual promises and covenants provided herein, the
parties agree as follows:
1. Consultant and City agree to amend the Consulting Services Agreement by
adding the following provision:
A. Consultant shall attend, present and participate in required additional
meetings, as directed by the City, for the review of the proposed streetscape plan. In
addition, the Consultant will provide additional design review and develop appropriate
alternatives, as directed by the City. Required meetings include Downtown
Development Board, Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, internal staff meetings
and meetings with business or property owners, all as directed by the City.
B. The compensation to Consultant for the additional work shall be increased
by Four Thousand and no/100 ($4,000.00) Dollars making a total compensation
amount of $9,000.00.
2. All other terms and conditions of Consulting Services Agreement shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto by and through their authorized officers
have caused this agreement to be executed on the date first above written.
