Dear ~ar and Ms.,-Edertfi8Id:
The Clearwater City Commission approved the extension of your firm's legislative
consulting services at their meeting of September 4, 1997. This extension, October 1,1997
through September 30, 1998, is in accordance with Section 4 of the Legislative Consultant
Services Agreement dated October 1, 1996.
I want to take this opportunity to once again express the City's appreciation for your
efforts on our behalf during the last legislative session. We were all very pleased with the
results and there was unanimous agreement that the decision to retain you was the correct
one.
We look forward to working with you once again in the upcoming legislative year.
Sincerely,
~
Cynthia E. Goudeau, CMC
