Dear-Mr.Dtffiear' _
This letter will confirm our telephone conversation after the August 19, 1999
commission meeting. The Clearwater City Commission approved the extension of your
contract in the estimated amount of $55,000 for state lobbyist services, during the
contract period October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. This extension is in
accordance with Section 4 of the Legislative Consultant Services Agreement dated
October 1, 1996.
I am very pleased the City Commission has agreed to extend the contract, and
look forward to working with you again in the upcoming legislative year.
Sincerely,
In
