PERl:TIT GRAIJTING FISHING RIGHTS
THIS PERMIT, granted this 10th day of November, A.D.
1948 by the City of Clearwater, Florida, a ~1unicipal Corpora-
tion located in Pinellas County, Florida, called the Grantor,
to The Pinellas Conservation Club, a non-profit Florida Corpora-

for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and
other good and valuable considerations, passing from Grantee to
Grantor, receipt whereof is acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants
to Grantee exclusive fishing rights in and to CREST LliliE, located
in the public park in Crest Lake Subdivision, City of Clearwater,
for use by the members of a Juvenile Conservation Club, to be
operated by Grantee for members not over fifteen (15) years of
age, and subject to the follovdng tenus and conditions:
1. This permit- shall continue for ten (10) years
from date and shall not be construed to interfere with with
the lawful use of the park by the public other than for fish-
ing purposes.
2. Grantee shall be responsible for cleaning said
Lake annually and with fertilizing the same and stocking it
with fish, all without expense to Grantor.
3. Grantee shall at all times be responsible to the
City Commission of Grantor for superVising the use of said Lake
by said Juvenile Conservation Club.
4. Grantee shall make and enforce reasonable rules
and regulations pertaining to such use subject to approval of
the City Commission.
5. Grantee shall take reasonable nrecautions for the

safety of those uSing the Lake, subject to approval of the
City Commission.
6. Grantee shall have the right to ereot docks,
piers and/or other improvements for use in its program, on
written approval of the City Manager.
7. This permit shall be forfeited by Grantee if
it shall default in the performance of any of the above con-
dition.s, after notioe by the City Commission.
