1. At US 19/5R 580 and US 19/Countryside
Blvd., construct a grade-separated
intersection.
2. At US 19/Northeast Coachman Road. con-
vert right turn lanes on US 19 into
through and right turn lanes.
3. At US 19/Drew Street, re-assess sig-
nal timing.
4. At US/19 Roosevelt Road, construct
a grade-separated interchange.
5. On Hampton Road, at Park Place
construct access points.
