LmRARY INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
Interlocal Agreement, made and entered into this ~ of March, 1994 between the City of
Clearwater for its Library System and the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative, Inc. Board of
Directors, for the addition of Clearwater Library System to Cooperative membership, effective
October 1, 1994 .
This Agreement shall be with the terms and conditions of the original Interlocal Agreement
established by the twelve original member libraries and the Board of County Commissioners
dated January 10, 1989 and as amended per State Law and Bylaws adopted by the Board of
Directors.
Effective October 1, 1994: the Clearwater Library System agrees to abide by accepted
Cooperative public service policies and procedures.
The Cooperative will include Clearwater in funds allocated for library operations, effective
October 1, 1994, and Clearwater agrees to use those funds for library operations per the Interlocal
Agreement.
All other generally accepted internal policies shall remain with each party.
