Use of an interior school facility or interior city facility when not normally staffed must be pre-approved by the Principal (or specified designee) and City staff; direct costs may apply. Friday interior uses of school facilities during the summer's 4-day work weeks must be pre-approved by the Area Office. If direct costs will be assessed for an activity, contact the City's Recreation Department (727-562-4804) and the School District's Real Property Management Department (727-547-7286), which will process a form amendment to the agreement to be used for billing purposes.
