This Addendum, made and entered into thi:>L3..tb day ofO~ t 0 bW:98, by and between
the SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA (referred to herein as "THE
BOARD"), and the CITY OF CLEARWATER (The City of Clearwater Police Department
referred to herein as the "CITY"), amends the Agreement entered into by the BOARD and the
CITY for the establishment of a School Resource Office (SRO) Program in the public school
system of Pine lias County,
WITNESSETH:
Whereas the BOARD and the CITY entered into an Agreement whereby the CITY would supply
SROs to designated schools and whereby said Agreement may be modified by the mutual consent of the
parties,
It is agreed as follows:
1, The Agreement between the BOARD and the CITY dated the 11th day of
November, 1997, is hereby modified to reflect that the amount of compensation paid by the BOARD per
SRO set forth in Article III of the original Agreement shall be increased to a total of THIRTY TWO
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETEEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE CENTS ($32,319,29),
2, All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement dated the 11th day of November,
1997, shall remain in full force and effect unless specifically modified herein,
