RESOURCE OFFICER AGREEMENT
ADDENDUM NO. 1 I
This Addendum,! made and entered into this 13th day of

September, 1995, by ani between the SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA (referred to herein as the "BOARD") and CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA (refll rred to herein as the "CITY"), amends the
Agreement entered into by the BOARD and the CITY for the
establishment of a School Resource Officer (SRO) Program in the
public school system of I inellas County.
WITNESSETH:
Whereas the BOARD nd the CITY entered into an Agreement
whereby the Clearwater Police Department would supply SROs to
designated schools and WrerebY said Agreement may be modified by
the mutual consent of thr parties, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Agreement retween the BOARD and the CITY dated the
13th day of September, 19j4, is hereby modified to reflect that the
amount of compensation paid by the BOARD per SRO set forth in
Article III of the originrl I Agreement shall be increased to a total
of $29,721.78.
2. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement
dated the 13th day of seftember, 1994, shall remain in full force
and affect unless speCifj'callY modified herein.
