Subject: Request staking for Concannons service
Please stake Block 15, Lot 101, Space 3 for the interment of two urns (Joseph and Elizabeth Sara Concannon).
The service is scheduled for Wednesday, September 8, 2004, 1 pm in the afternoon. Due to the holiday (Monday,

and closing of the grave will be done by Sumner Marble; International Mortuary will have a Funeral Director to
oversee the interment.
Please let me know when staking will be done and the color of flags you will be using.
Block 15, Lot 101, Space 4 - Hoarce Hill is buried to the north of space 3; Susan Sermons is buried to the south in
space 1.
Block 15, Lot 120, Space 3 - Larry Kimbrell is buried to the west of Lot 101
Block 15, Lot 120, Space 1 - Major Boatwright
Block 15, Lot 102, Space 4 - Marjorie Bowerman is buried to the south of Lot 101
Please let me know if you need any further information. Thanks for all the assistance you provide.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Schuhmann:
Thank you for returning the signed and notarized affidavit. I forwarded the copy

have instructed me to ask for an "unaltered" copy of the Will. I understand that you cut
the paper to a different size due to mailing; however, because this will be an official
document copy in our records, we will need an exact copy of the Will. Please do not cut
any of the pages; the copy of the Will may be folded, if necessary. I am forwarding a

Talked with Elizabeth Schuhmann today. She advised me her mother's will (Sally Concannon, owner of Block 15, Lot 101,
Spaces 2 and 3) had not been probated; they were advised it did not have to go through probate since everything was in
her mother's name. Mrs. Schuhmann also mentioned she had two siblings, but they were not mentioned in the will.
I called the attorney's office (Delzer & Coulter, Spring Hill, 352 683 1963); they pulled the file and showed a will done Aug
6, 1997. We discovered the first page of the will that I have indicates Sally E. Concannon. The Will in the attorney's office
has a different middle initial.
Donna has researched Hernando County records and has not found anything filed.
What are your suggestions regarding paperwork we need to allow Elizabeth and Francis Schuhmann to use one of the
remaining spaces the Concannon's had purchased. Would an affidavit from them be acceptable?
Thanks

I didn't get any message that he called here last week.
A will alone does not show what happened in any probate proceeding.
I don't find any record of either Joseph or Sally having a probate case in Pinellas.
Based on the representations of Elizabeth and Francis and the portion of the will document, my advice would be to go
ahead and allow the internment of the urns of Joseph and Sally.
I will look at doing a Reformation of Deed based upon the fact scenario; please forward what documentation you have
to me for this purpose.
This does not need to be done prior to the internment.

Joseph V..Concannon purchased two lots (Block 15, Lot 101, Spaces 2 and 3). Mr. Concannon and his wife are
deceased and were cremated; they have not yet been interred. Their daughter, Elizabeth Schuhmann and her
husband would like to have them interred soon.
Joseph Concannon died first, then his wife, Sally. In Sally Concannon's Will, she bequeathed her estate to
Elizabeth (daughter) and Francis (husband and son-in-law). We have a copy of the marriage certificate showing
Elizabeth Schumann and Elizabeth Concannon to be the same person.
Since we have a copy of the first page of the Will showing Elizabeth and Francis Schumann as receiving all
property, do we need to do anything to change the deed? Elizabeth Schumann does have a sister; however, she
was not named in the Will. Francis and Elizabeth Schumann would like to use the one remaining space for two
urns at the time of their deaths.
