RELEASE OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, on
May 29, 1979, the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation,
and Paul F. Kueber and Marilyn S. Kueber, his wife, entered into an
Agreement permitting the Owner to connect to the City sewer and/or
water main and the Owner further agreeing to annex into the City when
the property became contiguous, which Agreement was recorded on
June 1, 1979, in O. R. Book 4862, page 635. of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, upon the following described property:
Lot 17, Coachman Hill Estates, according to the map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 75, page 91, of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater on
March 20, 1980, has authorized the release of the above described Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby authorized and directed to release said Agreement and
cancel same of record.
