I DEED OF CONVEYANCE

between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, party of
the first part, and PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the second part,

WITNESSETH, That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by
said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed
and confirmed unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns
forever, all the following piece, parcel, lot or tract of land, situate, lying and being
in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, and described ~s follows, to wit:

a chord length of 513. 26 feet; thence run N 68039' 32" W, 200. 00 feet;
thence run along an arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 1659. 86
feet, chord bearing N 17008' 321' E, and a chord length of 243.07 feet;
thence run N 12056'36" E, 46.60 feet; thence run along an arc of a curve
to the left, being 50 feet South of and parallel to the center line of the
Clearwater Pass Jetty, having a radius of 1078.19 feet, chord bearing of
N 41001'45" W, and a chord length of 107.93 feet; thence run N 77000'00" W,
917. 71 feet plus or minus to the mean high water line of the Gulf of Mexico;
thence run along said mean high water line to a point, said point being the
intersection of the mean high water line and a line having a bearing of
N 47046'29" W from the P. O. B.; thence run S 47046'29" E, 1310.0 feet
plus or minus to the P. O. B.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
nances thereunto belonging or appertaining; and every right, title or interest, legal
or equitable, of the said party of the first part of, in and to the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, to its own proper use, 1?enefit and behoof forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these presents
to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, countersigned by its Mayor-
Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness by its City Attorney, and its
corporate seal to be hereunto attached, the day and year first above written.
