WHEREAS. it would be to the mutual advantage of both partie. for
the County to acquire thi. dlht of way within the City limit.;
NOW. THEREFORE. in con.ideration of the mutual performance of the
terms and condition. contained be rein. the City doe. alroo to the following:

and State Roac1 55 (U. S. 19) Intercbanle, wUl be obtain.d
by the County.
That tbe City will reimbur.. tbe County in the sum of
the total approve. apprai.ed. va.lue or court awarded
value of all I'l.ht of way within City limit..
That the repayment to the CO\Ulty by the City will be
