'l'HIS AGREEMENT, entered into this the

, ,1967, by and betvleen the CITY OF CLEARWA'I'ER
a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
Ci ty, party of the first part; and 'the BOlmD OF COUNTY CO!lJlllISSIONEH,S OF
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter called the County, party of the
second part,

WHEREAS, t:he County is engaged in ohtaining the necessary right
of way for State Road S 595-A (}1issouri Avenue), between East Bay Drive,
Largo, and Court Street:, Clearwater, and
~IEREAS, this necessary right of way is partially
wi thin the
City limits of Clearwater, and
WrIEREAS, it would be to the mutual advantage of both parties
for the County to acquire this right of way within the City limits,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual performance of
the terms and conditibns contained herein, the City does agree to the
following:
'l'hat right of way for 'State Road S 595-A (Missouri Avenue)
",ithin the City limits will be obtained by the
County ,provided the revised, easterly right of way-acquisition plan
will be followed. '
That the City will reimburse the County for the sum
total ,of expenditures advanced by the County for
Title Searches, Appraisa.ls, Purchase of Right of Way,
Con~emnation Costs, Attorneys Fees and Court Costs
for those properties acquired within City limits.

It is recognized that by making the above mentioned repaYJ11cnt,
the City will satisfy its responsibility on this project.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
instrument to be signed by their proper officers authorized so to do,
