AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this
16th
_day of May, 1966,
by and between the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter called the City, party of the first part; and the
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
hereinafter called the County, party of the second part,
WITNESSE TH:
WHEREAS, the County and the State Road Department are engaged in
the improvement of traffic conditions on Court Street between Missouri
Avenue and Hillcrest Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the additional necessary right of way is within the City
limits of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual performance of
the terms and conditions contained herein, the City does agree to the following:
That the City does agree to obtain the necessary right of way and to
reimburse the County up to the amount of the appraised value of the required
right of way.
It is recognized that by making the above mentioned reimbursement,
if such be necessary, the City will satisfy its respo~sibi1ity on this project,
and any additional expense in obtaining the right of way will be borne by the
County,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this instrument
to be signed by their proper officers authorized SQ to do, the day and year
first above written.
