City Relocation Agreement
City Resolution No. 65-115
Dear Mr. Whitehead:
We are returning the executed copies of the City Relocation Agreement
and City Resolutions "With five unexecuted copies of our new form for
your execution.
OuT legal department in Tallahassee has advised us that the originally
executed agreements by the city were not properly executed in form.
The addition of the third sheet is in no way defined by those signa-
tures to the Relocation Agreements.
Also, the unexecuted forms being submitted have a slight change in
paragraph eight which represent s greater protection for the city.
IT you will kindly review and execute these new agreements and
return them at your earliest convenience, th:L s wiJ.}. great1.y be
appreciated.
The City Resolution is complete in its form. We would note,
however, that to expedite matters the dates of the resolution
shoQld be used on the new relocation agreements.
