PROJECT: Water Main Extensions on Gulf Boulevard
between Clearwater Pass and Belleair Causeway
AGREEMENT DATE: April 22; 1986

DESCRIPTION:
The first sentence of Paragraph 6 of the Agreement shall be amended to read
as follows:

The County agrees that it will, upon the completion, approval
and formal acceptance of said "County Utility Work," pay to
the City an a,"ount not to exceed Fifty-Eight Thousand, One
Hundred Thirty-Two and 50/100 Dollars ($58,132.50).
REASON FOR CHANGE:

The original agreement between the City of Clearwater and Pinellas County
contains an expenditure limitation of $45,429.00 which was based on the
engineer's estimate of the proposed improvement costs.
The actual contract bid quantities and unit prices for the County portion
of the contract extend to an amount of $58,132.50.
