Dear Ms. Williams:
Enclosed herewith is a certified copy of Agreement between the
City of Clearwater and Pinellas County for transfer of a certain
water service area (properties located in Section 8, Township 29
South, Range 16 East) from the County to the City.
The above referenced agreement was approved by the Board of County
Commissioners during its meeting of February 22, 1983.
