Since there are no sidewalks within 200 feet of this property and since this property is not part of a school route and the waiving of the sidewalk requirement will not create a pedestrian hazard, this location meets the requirements set forth in Section 138.09. The property has 393 feet of frontage on Bayview with an existing Church and parking area. We have reviewed this request and found that there are no sidewalks along Bayview, it is not part of a school walk route, and the absence ofa sidewalk does not create a pedestrian. hazard.
