A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
DEDICATING AS ADDITIONAL CORONADO DRIVE PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY A 10-FOOT WIDE PARCEL OF LAND BEING A
PORTION OF LOTS 103 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, LLOYD-
WHITE-SKINNER SUBDIVISION, THE SAME LYING AND BEING
SITUATE IN THE SOUTHWEST '/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP
29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on March 13, 2001 the City of Clearwater ("City") and
Beachwalk Resort, LLC ("Developer") entered into a development agreement
("Agreement") governing construction and development of the Hyatt Regency
Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa, 301 South Gulfview Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, among provisions of the Agreement, the Developer agreed to
dedicate ten feet (10') along the entire eastern boundary of the project site as
additional right-of-way for Coronado Drive; and,
WHEREAS, on April 6, 2006 the Developer did convey said ten feet 10')
along the entire eastern boundary of the project site by Quitclaim Deed to Crystal
Beach Capital, LLC as recorded in O. R. Book 15041, Page 579, in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, on even date therewith, Crystal Beach Capital, LLC did
convey said lands to the City of Clearwater by Special Warranty Deed as
recorded in O. R. Book 15057, Page 2479, in the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater now desires to formally dedicate the
aforesaid parcel of land as additional Coronado Drive public right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the ten foot (10') wide strip of land, being a portion of
Lots 103 through 107, inclusive, LLOYD-WHITE-SKINNER SUBDIVISION, the
same lying and being situate in the Southwest '/4 of Section 8, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, as more particularly described
and depicted in EXHIBIT "A" appended hereto and by this reference made a part

hereof, is hereby dedicated as Coronado Drive public right-of-way for use by the
general public and the City of Clearwater generally as their respective interests
may appear.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
