Gentlemen:
It is our understanding that USX Corporation intends to purchase the above
referenced parcel of land from Sand Key Investment Program I, Ltd. It is
further our understanding that you require certain assurances from the
City of Clearwater in connection with the proposed purchase, and it is the
purpose of this letter to provide you with such assurances.
Accordingly, please be advised as follows:
1. The present zoning for the parcel was established by the Settlement
Stipulation between Sand Key Investment Program I, Ltd. and the City
of Clearwater dated March 27, 1984, a copy of which is enclosed.
2. A full and unrestricted building permit No. B-86020411, based upon
plans submitted and reviewed, was issued on February 26,.1986, and
remains in full force and effect at this time. '(See ericolosed copy
of permit). Building permit fees in the amount of ..$161,925 were
paid at the time the permit was issued.
3. Adequate water, sewer, and utility services are available for the
project, and the owner has the right of hook-up of these services.
4. Crescent Beach Club Phase II, as currently permitted, complies with
all requirements of the City of Clearwater, and no other permits,
consents, or approvals of the City are necessary to construct the
improvements.
